Return Policy

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  1. Defective Products: If your item is damaged, broken, or malfunctioning, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Wrong Items: If you received the incorrect product, please get in touch with us immediately upon discovering the mistake.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer support team at admin@brewbilla.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective or incorrect item.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we verify the issue, we’ll provide you with return instructions. We may offer a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
  3. Return Shipping: If the return is due to a defective item or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please use the return label provided by us.

Non-Eligible Returns

Please note that we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Change of mind
  • Items that are used or opened (unless defective)
  • Products that have been personalized or customized
  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@brewbilla.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
